About the Role
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer proficient in Java / Rust programming to join our Margin team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of our margin trading products and risk systems. Collaborating with various teams, you will participate in the full software development lifecycle, using Java / Rust to create scalable automated testing frameworks for trading workflows and risk controls. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering secure and high-performance products to our global user base.
Responsibilities
- Engage in the full software development lifecycle of the Margin team, from analyzing requirements to test planning, defect tracking, and product delivery, focusing on Java / Rust-based trading and risk systems.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to offer insights on system design, testing strategies, and implementation for margin trading products and risk control features.
- Develop detailed test plans and cases for trading workflows, margin calculations, liquidation processes, and high-concurrency systems, managing testing environments.
- Conduct diverse testing methods including black-box, white-box, security, automation, and performance testing on various systems.
- Stay updated on Java / Rust technologies and testing methodologies to enhance automation frameworks, testing efficiency, and product quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of QA Automation or Software Testing experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Proficient in Java / Rust programming with hands-on experience in automation frameworks and testing tools. Experience in mobile testing on iOS or Android is beneficial.
- Familiarity with automated testing methods, distributed systems, and high-concurrency architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for performance and system issues.
- Knowledge of AI tools or large language models is advantageous.
