What We're Looking For

Supra is in search of a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance our operational automation and scalability efforts. This role involves developing telemetry tools to manage the security, stability, and monitoring aspects of our infrastructure effectively. As part of the team, you will collaborate with developers to ensure a secure, stable, and highly observable infrastructure aligning with Supra's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the DevOps team to enhance product management with scalable, maintainable, secure, and stable deployments
  • Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code using cutting-edge tools
  • Collaborate with development teams to seamlessly integrate applications with the infrastructure
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance of infrastructure and applications
  • Resolve complex infrastructure and application issues effectively
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives

Are You the Right Fit?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years of SRE experience with a proven track record in delivering highly available, reliable, and scalable products/projects
  • Proficiency in GCP and strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
  • Expertise in implementing Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and orchestration
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and proactive communication abilities
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks is a plus
