Description
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of software for diverse venture projects. These projects are closely aligned with our main businesses and are executed rapidly with a lean team. Your focus will encompass the design of various elements across scalable applications, spanning from frontend user interfaces to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services and operations, including suggesting architectural choices, engaging in design evaluations, programming, conducting code reviews, and implementing functionalities.
- Address intricate challenges within large-scale backend infrastructure by identifying effective solutions.
- Provide technical support to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Spearhead advancements in the technology stack with a view towards long-term engineering strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management, capable of navigating varied stakeholder requirements effectively.
- Experience in architectural design, security protocols, and performance optimization in high-traffic environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Fintech, Sports, or Prediction markets is a plus.
