Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team dedicated to designing, developing, and enhancing software for various venture projects. These projects are closely tied to our core businesses and are executed swiftly with a lean team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in designing components for scalable applications across both the frontend UI and backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance backend services and operations, involving proposing architectural decisions, contributing to design reviews, coding, reviewing code, and implementing features
- Identify and implement effective solutions for complex challenges within a large-scale backend infrastructure
- Provide technical support to address customer issues
- Lead initiatives to improve the technology stack for sustained engineering progress
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang, Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is desired
- Strong communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders while balancing varied requirements
- Experience in architectural design, security, and performance optimization within high-traffic environments
- Knowledge of Fintech, Sports, or Prediction markets is advantageous
