Senior Software Developer - Golang - Staking

We are seeking a team member to participate in the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of software for diverse venture projects closely related to our core businesses, developed quickly with a lean team. The role involves active participation in designing various components of scalable applications, encompassing frontend UI and backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in backend service and operation development, suggest architectural decisions, engage in design activities, conduct design reviews, coding, code reviews, and product implementations connecting developers and end-users.
• Develop retail trading products and extend product reach to new regions and countries.
• Identify and resolve complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure.
• Deliver reliable and responsive trading information streams to customers.
• Provide technical operational support to address customer concerns.
• Embrace innovation by exploring new technologies and supporting experimentation as the project owner.
• Collaborate closely with the DevOps and infrastructure team to enhance the technology stack for enduring engineering projects.
• Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.

Requirements

• Passion for developing top-tier products to solve real-world challenges, proficient in various technologies, self-driven, a quick learner, and possess an attitude to achieve tasks efficiently.
• Open to accepting superior ideas, proactive in enhancing processes, and receptive to challenges and opportunities.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge in financial domain or Blockchain technology is advantageous.
• Proficient in Golang, with experience in other programming languages as a plus.
• Familiarity with Postgres, Redis, Kafka is desirable.
• Skilled in addressing scalability, security, and performance optimization.
