WHAT WE REQUIRE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend/ Full Stack Developer to join our Bangalore Team. As our Genesis Low Code Platform accelerates development timelines by 80%, you must have the expertise to design and construct applications and solutions using this platform.

WHERE THIS ROLE IS HEADED

In this role, you will primarily serve as a Java specialist responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining products developed with the Genesis Framework. Flexibility and adaptability to new methodologies are essential to fuel agility and innovation.

You will collaborate closely throughout the software development lifecycle, engaging with product owners, UI/UX developers, and core engineers in iterative processes. This will deepen your understanding of our business, services, and client requirements.

As we operate under tight timelines, you should be adept at establishing project milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of software releases with expected capabilities and quality.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALITIES

• A minimum of 8 years of Java development experience, combined with a commitment to ongoing learning in related fields
• Strong collaborative skills, with a penchant for driving improvement and efficiency within the team
• Proficiency in at least two technologies among Groovy, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Vue, React, CSS/SaSS, WPF, NoSQL database systems, and relational databases
