Who We're Looking For: We are searching for experienced senior full-stack, frontend, and backend software engineers proficient in React, Javascript, Typescript, Next.js, Node, HTML/CSS, and AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses leadership experience in technical projects, mentors team members, prioritizes engineering excellence, and values code correctness and reliability. Additionally, we seek individuals who are passionate about emerging technologies in NFTs, Web 3.0, and the Ethereum blockchain, possess adaptive problem-solving skills, have a proactive approach with attention to detail, excel in communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and are dedicated to continuous learning and enhancement.

The Job: Responsibilities include leading the technical design and implementation of applications, developing clean and maintainable code adhering to industry standards, participating in code reviews and testing for high-quality software delivery, enhancing the performance, security, and scalability of software systems, keeping abreast of latest industry trends and technologies, and adapting to evolving needs in the crypto sector.

Your Skills: Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in web technologies like React, Javascript, Typescript, Next.js, Node, and HTML/CSS, possess strong distributed system design skills, understand web application security best practices, work effectively in an agile environment, mentor other team members, engage in technical discussions, and have experience with cloud services like AWS and Cloudflare.

Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this full-time role in the US is $180,000 to $210,000, supplemented by equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are influenced by role and level, with individual compensation tailored based on factors like skills, experience, and market trends. The package includes 100% remote work, health benefits, wellness stipends, flexible time off, employee resource groups, parental leave, and retirement plans.
