Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a distributed system that delivers foundational LLMs to smart contracts on the Internet Computer, emphasizing reliability, security, and determinism.
- Influence the vision of AI agents on the Internet Computer by developing frameworks, libraries, and tools that streamline agent creation and stimulate adoption.
- Enhance the core protocol's efficiency to advance the performance, scalability, and latency of AI agents.
- Collaborate on the core protocol to refine the efficiency and latency of AI agents.
- Assist in mapping out the future trajectory of AI on the Internet Computer.
- Participate in representing DFINITY at various conferences and events.
Candidate Requirements:
Software Engineering Expertise:
- Demonstrated background as a Senior Software Engineer with a history of constructing production-quality systems from scratch.
- Proficient coding abilities coupled with a zeal for solving intricate technical challenges.

AI Proficiency:
- Practical exposure to deep learning frameworks.
- Proficiency in AI fundamentals.
Experience with GPUs (Beneficial):
