BitGo is in search of a seasoned Software Engineer (Full-Stack) to join the Bitcoin Team. With the processing of a substantial volume of cryptocurrency transactions, our applications must exhibit speed, accuracy, scalability, and security. Our integrated platforms engage with various exchanges, agencies, and governments globally, utilizing cutting-edge technology to build them.
Responsibilities
- Enhance multi-signature Bitcoin wallets with the latest Bitcoin features, managing billions of dollars monthly
- Take ownership of the functionality, scalability, and performance of systems supporting our Bitcoin products
- Enhance, extend, and maintain current backend software interfacing with the Bitcoin blockchain
- Offer Bitcoin expertise and knowledge to the engineering team
- Document and expose functionality to UI, third-party developers, and internal and external tooling

Required
- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack software development
- Strong API design principles with a minimalistic approach

- Capacity to work independently in a high-paced environment
Preferred
- In-depth understanding of fundamental Bitcoin blockchain principles
