Primary Responsibilities:
As a pivotal Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the software development lifecycle, working from conceptual design to user implementation, where you can shape the real-world impact of our products significantly.
You will have a hands-on development role, working collaboratively with your team to enhance and extend our cutting-edge platform. Your responsibilities will include designing solutions, coding with a focus on quality and unit testing, mentoring fellow engineers, and tackling technical obstacles to enhance user experiences further.
Success in ensuring timely and quality software delivery to our customers will depend greatly on your ability to identify and tackle challenges faced by the initiatives you lead.
Key Duties:
- Drive the development of the client Interviewing Product Line, ensuring optimal utilization of development techniques and frameworks
- Analyze Product Requirements and draft Technical Designs
- Develop clear, secure, and resilient code
- Review peers' code and provide mentorship
- Participate in Research and Planning of new Initiatives
- Own resolution of complex system issues
- Expertise in outputting thorough automated testing
- Communicate concepts and solutions effectively through documentation and tech presentations
Preferred Experience:
- Full-stack software engineering background
- SaaS product design, deployment, and support experience within a cloud-based environment
- Proficiency in key tech areas such as Cloud Services, C#/.NET, Python, React, RESTful APIs, MVC Web Patterns, Docker, and more
- Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
- Proficient in SQL and overall database management
- Ability to collaborate with Product and UX teams to drive customer-centric solutions
Necessary Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, or relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience in software engineering
- Proficiency across various languages and technologies
- Skilled in working effectively in a global virtual setup
- Background in designing scalable and reliable cloud applications
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization
- Knowledge of best security practices
Technologies Used:

The Role
We are seeking a Smart Contract Developer responsible for ensuring that game listings within MentTech work properly and ensuring compliance with all game store policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, implement, and deploy secure smart contracts for an on-chain Play-to-Earn GameFi ecosystem
• Lead contract design decisions with a focus on robustness, auditability, gas efficiency, and resilience to attack vectors
• Mentor/junior developers: perform code reviews, establish standards, best practices in security & testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with game designers, backend, QA, and security teams to align smart contract features with product roadmap
Qualifications:
• 2+ years hands‐on experience developing & deploying smart contracts (Solidity / EVM or equivalent) in production environments
• Track record of writing secure contracts, familiarity with common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, integer over/underflow, front-running, flash loans, etc.)
• Experience with audits, formal verification, fuzz testing, or other advanced contract assurance methods
• Strong test suite / CI workflow skills; comfortable using tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle etc.
• Solid understanding of GameFi mechanics and how on-chain economics work
Bonus Points:
• Experience on multiple EVM chains or Layer-2 / sidechains
• Knowledge of cross-chain bridges, oracles, NFTs, tokenomics design
• Contributions to open-source security tooling or prior audit reports or published code you’re proud of

Junior / Middle Metaverse Developer (Unity / Web3 / VR)
You will work with Unity, WebGL, and blockchain technologies to create engaging metaverse features and optimize them for performance across different devices. The developer will collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver scalable and stable products.
