The selected individual for this role will be based full-time at the San Francisco office to foster collaborative team dynamics and foster innovative problem-solving.
Role Overview:
In this position as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining frontend and backend components of our wallet experience. Through close collaboration with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, you will deliver top-quality, secure, and scalable solutions tailored to meet client needs. This role demands a deep understanding of frontend technologies like React and backend systems involving Node.js and SQL databases.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely alongside design and product management teams to plan and create new UIs for upcoming projects
- Enhance existing UI functionality across a range of products
- Develop reusable code for future use
- Implement improvements for codebase health
- Engage in cross-team communication with stakeholders to grasp implementation requirements and restrictions
- Provide mentorship to team members in the broader engineering team through code reviews and guidance on best practices
- Offer maintenance support and enhance performance of existing applications
Skills & Experience:

Required:
- 5+ years of frontend software engineering experience
- Significant expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- Strong grasp of RESTful API design and implementation
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and service-oriented designs
