Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle including designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for a range of venture projects
- Actively contribute to designing scalable applications from frontend UI to backend infrastructure components
- Develop backend services, propose architectural decisions, and engage in design reviews, coding, and code reviews
- Expand retail trading products to new regions and countries and create reliable trading information streams for customers
- Identify and resolve complex issues within large-scale backend infrastructure
- Offer technical operational support to address customer concerns
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and encouraging experimentation in projects
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to enhance the technology stack for long-term engineering projects
- Maintain documentation for all implemented code and functionalities
Requirements
- Passion for building high-quality products to solve practical challenges, with experience in various technologies and a proactive "get things done" attitude
- Willingness to embrace better ideas, strive for improvement, and tackle challenges with an open mindset
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder requirements effectively
- Knowledge of financial domains or Blockchain technology is a plus
- Proficiency in Ruby and Golang, and experience with other programming languages is beneficial
- Familiarity with Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is preferred
- Proven experience in addressing scalability, security, and performance optimization challenges
