Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to the development and enhancement of software for a range of innovative projects closely aligned with our core business operations. This position entails involvement in designing scalable applications, covering various components from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Engage in backend service and operational development, contribute to architectural decision-making, collaborate on designs, conduct design reviews, write code, conduct code reviews, and implement products bridging applications to end-users
- Enhance retail trading products and extend product reach to new regions
- Tackle complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
- Deliver reliable trading information streams to customers and provide technical operational support for issue resolution
- Take ownership of projects, fostering a culture of innovation by embracing new technologies and promoting experimentation
- Work closely with the DevOps and Infrastructure team to enhance the technology stack for long-term engineering goals
- Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities
Requirements

- Prior experience in financial or payment systems is advantageous
- Proficient in Ruby, Golang, and familiarity with other programming languages is beneficial
- Knowledge of Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is preferred
