About The Opportunity
The OKEngine team drives internal product development and enhances operational efficiency across the company. They focus on improving employee satisfaction and providing support for the company's global expansion, covering various internal functions like human resources, finance, and administration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct research and development of internal management systems, such as HR and salary systems
- Collaborate with Product Manager and R&D teams to align product features with the development plan
- Design databases, system interfaces, and develop tools to enhance business scalability and efficiency
- Engage in developing internal systems like Approval system and SSO login for the company
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with hands-on experience in Java development for internal systems
- Prior experience in international business design and development is a plus
- Strong understanding of designing horizontally scalable systems is preferred
- Familiarity with large-scale approval workflows, authentication protocols, and internet open-source projects is advantageous
- Highly motivated, with problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred due to global stakeholder interaction within the team
