Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, create, and enhance high-performance applications utilizing the Solana blockchain.
  • Produce clean, efficient, and sustainable code following coding best practices and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including backend developers, mobile developers, QA, PMs, and Product Owners to deliver robust Solana applications.
  • Enhance performance and scalability to ensure seamless operations across various scales.
  • Offer operational insights to ensure Solana services' reliability and optimal performance.
  • Facilitate regular code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to support team growth and coding quality assurance.
  • Resolve complex issues across the stack with scalable and practical solutions.
  • Conduct technical exploration and recommend technology stack improvements.
  • Constantly refine development processes and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Solana blockchain development with a rich project portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Rust or similar programming language with potential transition to Solana development.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Solana's architecture and ecosystem, including smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
  • Competency in Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Experience working with database technologies like Postgres, Redis, and familiarity with other NoSQL databases.
  • Thorough grasp of coding best practices, security measures, and performance optimization.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to thrive in a multicultural team setting.
  • Previous exposure to container technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in problem-solving with a proactive approach.
  • Experience in other front-end/back-end development roles is beneficial.
