Senior Solana Developer

We are seeking a candidate to join our team focused on creating, enhancing, and optimizing software for ventures projects closely associated with our core operations. These projects are rapidly developed with small, agile teams. The chosen individual will actively contribute to designing various elements for scalable applications encompassing both frontend UI and backend architecture.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications within the Solana blockchain environment.
• Write clean, efficient, and sustainable code following industry best practices and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with diverse teams including backend developers, mobile developers, QA testers, project managers, and product owners to deliver robust Solana applications.
• Enhance application performance and scalability to ensure smooth and efficient operations at scale.
• Provide operational guidance and precautionary measures to uphold the reliability and optimal functioning of Solana services.
• Conduct regular code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team growth and maintain code quality.
• Address complex technical challenges across the technology stack by offering practical and scalable solutions.
• Perform technical research and recommend technology stack improvements.
• Continually refine development processes and workflows.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in Solana blockchain development with a rich portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in Rust or another programming language with potential applicability to Solana development.
• Solid understanding of Solana's structure and ecosystem, encompassing smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
• Strong command of Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative purposes.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as Postgres, Redis, and other NoSQL databases.
• Thorough knowledge of coding best practices, security principles, and performance optimization.
• Excellent team collaboration skills with effective English communication capabilities.
• Ability to excel in a multicultural team setting.
• Previous exposure to container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes is advantageous.
• Proven track record of problem-solving and a proactive approach.
• Additional front-end/back-end development experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other blockchain technologies like Ethereum, Cosmos, or Bitcoin.
• Understanding of DeFi protocols and NFT ecosystems.
• Prior involvement with high-growth companies or startups.
• Familiarity with Kafka for managing large data volumes in distributed systems.
