Senior Solana Developer

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our collaborative team working on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various ventures projects. These projects are integral to our core businesses, executed rapidly with a lean team. As part of this role, you will actively contribute to designing different components that support scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance applications on the Solana blockchain platform.
• Generate clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and security standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, mobile developers, QA specialists, PMs, and Product Owners, to deliver robust Solana applications.
• Optimize performance and capacity handling to maintain smooth operations at scale.
• Offer operational guidance to ensure the reliability and optimum performance of Solana services.
• Conduct regular code reviews and sharing sessions to foster team growth and maintain coding quality.
• Address complex problems across the entire stack by providing scalable and practical solutions.
• Conduct technical research and suggest improvements to the technology stack.
• Enhance the development process and workflows continuously.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Solana blockchain development with an extensive project portfolio.
• Proficiency in Rust or a similar programming language with the potential to transition to Solana development.
• Deep understanding of Solana's architecture and ecosystem, incorporating smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
• Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools like Git/GitHub.
• Experience working with databases such as Postgres, Redis, and exposure to other NoSQL databases.
• Thorough knowledge of coding best practices, security measures, and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong collaboration skills and proficient English communication, both written and verbal, to work effectively within a multicultural team.
• Prior experience with container technologies like Docker, and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Previous experience in front-end or back-end development is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with other blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Cosmos, or Bitcoin.
• Understanding of DeFi protocols and NFT ecosystems.
• Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies or startups.
• Knowledge of handling large data volumes in distributed systems using Kafka.
