About the Team
Our Chain backend team drives OKX's multi-chain DApp and Web3 infrastructure services, focusing on abstract account wallets, Cross-chain bridge, Oracles, Subgraph applications, and more. Working closely with business units, the team continuously explores and implements new technologies and business models in the Web3 space.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop technical strategies for Web3 DApp projects and lead project research and development
- Coordinate resources, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project completion
- Maintain high-quality coding standards and facilitate cross-team collaboration
- Mentor junior team members as needed
Qualifications
- Strong Java foundation, including expertise in JVM configuration, IO, multi-threading, concurrency, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Proficiency in open-source frameworks like SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Mybatis, SpringCloud, etc.
- Familiarity with common middleware (MQ, RPC, cache, message queue, MySQL) and caching systems (Memcached, Redis)
- Understanding of distributed system principles and design considerations
- Logical thinking and effective communication skills
- Collaborative team player with a passion for the Web3 industry
- Knowledge of Web3, DApp business and technology preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English beneficial for stakeholder interactions
