Responsibilities
- Conduct front-end research and development activities for customer-facing pages and platforms within the user growth business.
- Engage in front-end technical design and deploy efficient solutions.
- Ensure user experience, R&D efficacy, and product stability meet set standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the capability to independently develop without front-end libraries.
- Knowledge of mainstream front-end frameworks, JS libraries, and related tools such as React, Vue, AngularJS, including their design principles and usage scenarios.
- Proficiency in various front-end debugging and testing tools, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of front-end and back-end collaboration, proficient in abstract thinking, and have a grasp of algorithms and data structures.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.
