What You’ll Be Doing
Gain a deep understanding of the company's business scenarios and spearhead the evolution of technical architecture including microservice development frameworks and database functionality.
Engage closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, ensure the alignment of business and technical architecture, contribute to architecture enhancements, and enhance performance and stability.
Collaborate with the R&D platform team, optimize existing tool platforms, and drive the development of tools as required.
Provide support for online system emergencies, troubleshoot technical issues, and expertly handle complex problems.
What We Look For In You
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science with over 10 years of work experience, including at least 5 years in the Internet industry.
Proficiency in Java technology stack, SpringCloud microservices, design of high concurrency distributed systems, system architecture optimization, and data migration expertise without downtime.
Solid understanding of Middleware and database products, and their practical applications and best practices.
Strong communication, self-motivation, and teamwork capabilities.
