About the Role
Toku's focus is on developing token compensation and compliance solutions that simplify stablecoin payroll management, invoicing, token payroll, cap tables, and trading plan compliance. We are seeking a UI Engineer to conceptualize and construct interfaces that streamline these intricate financial workflows, making them user-friendly, scalable, and efficient.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to craft seamless user experiences for financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include building high-performance, modular UI components, optimizing for speed and clarity, and upholding the platform's security, accessibility, and usability standards.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of front-end engineering experience working on large-scale web applications
- Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with expertise in React, Vue, or SolidJS
- Extensive knowledge of state management tools like Zustand, Recoil, Redux, or React Query
- Proven ability to develop high-performance, real-time financial interfaces
- Experience in building component-based UI architectures and design systems
- Expertise in advanced animations and interactions tools such as Framer Motion or GSAP
- Strong background in secure UI development, including multi-factor authentication and encryption
- Familiarity with progressive web apps, server-side rendering, and hydration strategies
