Role Overview

We seek a Senior UI/UX Designer with a background in gaming and blockchain to design user-centric interfaces and experiences for our innovative platform. The ideal candidate should excel in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and possess a passion for merging gaming with blockchain.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for gaming and blockchain features to enhance user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify player behavior patterns, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate intricate blockchain systems into visually attractive and easily comprehensible interfaces.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various platform features.
• Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices and recommend design enhancements across the organization.
• Develop UI/UX for key features like NFT marketplaces, wallet integrations, and creator platforms.
• Ensure seamless integration of Web3 functionalities without compromising the gaming experience.
• Maintain Seedworld's aesthetic and brand identity through visually compelling designs.
• Assist in establishing and updating a comprehensive design system for platform consistency.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to continuously enhance UI/UX designs.
• Stay current with gaming and blockchain trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Over 5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in gaming or blockchain applications.
• Proven track record in designing complex systems like multiplayer games, marketplaces, or Web3 platforms.
• Familiarity with Google's Material Design guidelines and responsive design concepts.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals like NFTs, wallets, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
• Solid grasp of game design and player psychology in online multiplayer or UGC-focused games.

Collaboration:

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
