Senior UI/UX Designer

We are in search of a Senior UX/UI Designer with a high level of creativity and experience to join our team. The main focus will be on improving our website presence, particularly for specific projects and Marketing initiative landing pages. This position will involve collaborating with various teams to pioneer innovative website design approaches, create strategic design solutions, and enhance the user experience across our digital platforms. A strong proficiency in UX research and user testing would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
• Engage closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and troubleshoot design-related issues.
• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to execution for our primary websites and marketing landing pages.
• Keep abreast of the latest design and technology trends to maintain the innovativeness and relevance of our digital platforms.
• Conduct UX research and user testing to collect insights and validate design decisions.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders convincingly, advocating for user-centric design principles.
• Analyze website analytics data and focus on SEO-driven website development.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
• Passion for Web3 and Blockchain technology.
• Basic understanding of web technology fundamentals for Website development, with no coding skills required.
• Submission of portfolio, website, or other relevant links showcasing your work in the application.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a UX Lead role.
• Experience leading design projects in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team setting, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Participation in workshops to enhance workflows and web experience.
