We are seeking a proficient Senior UI/UX Designer with specialization in gaming and blockchain to design user-focused interfaces and seamless experiences for our cutting-edge platform. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail, a flair for user-centric design, and the ability to think creatively when solving intricate design challenges. Additionally, active participation in design evaluations, usability assessments, and iterative design enhancements based on feedback will be part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces tailored for gaming and blockchain functionalities to deliver a smooth user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability assessments to comprehend player behavior, pain points, and enhancement opportunities.
• Translate intricate blockchain concepts (e.g., token economics, NFTs, wallets) into visually appealing and easily digestible interfaces.
• Generate wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for features like marketplaces, dashboards, game menus, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure the viability of design solutions.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including product managers, game designers, blockchain developers, and marketing to ensure design coherence with business objectives.
• Promote design best practices and user-centric methodologies across the organization.
• Develop UI/UX for pivotal features, such as NFT marketplaces, wallet integrations, land management tools, and creator platforms.
• Seamlessly integrate Web3 functionalities (e.g., transactions, token swaps) without disrupting the gaming experience.

*Qualifications

Experience:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a prominent focus on gaming and/or blockchain applications.
• Established track record in designing for complex systems like multiplayer games, marketplaces, or Web3 platforms.
• Proficiency in Google's Material Design guidelines and responsive design principles.

Skills:

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts such as NFTs, wallets, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
• Sound understanding of game design and player psychology in online multiplayer or UGC-centric games.

Collaboration:

• Skilled in team collaboration and effective communication of design concepts.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and oversee multiple projects concurrently.

Location:

• Fully remote
• Flexible timezone, but working hours between 9AM and 10PM (UTC time).
