Senior User Growth & Lifecycle Specialist

We are in search of a seasoned Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to spearhead and collaborate on global lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role requires a solid grasp of product methodology, campaign operations, AB testing, funnel analysis, and lifecycle strategies. The chosen candidate will drive campaign ideation and provide guidance to team members.
Responsibilities:
- Activation and Conversion: Enhance new user onboarding processes through product enhancements, personalized marketing campaigns, and targeted engagement strategies to boost new user activation and first-time transaction conversion rates.
- Retention and Repeat Purchase: Develop a user lifecycle management system, user segmentation framework, and enhanced user engagement initiatives to increase repeat purchase frequency.
- Implement user referral and viral growth mechanisms to drive organic product growth.
- Conduct A/B testing and user segmentation strategies for optimized operational resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with teams across the organization for seamless execution of lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Analyze data diligently to uncover business insights, identify issues, and formulate data-driven solutions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Business Unit products, features, user preferences, and pain points.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful growth achievements, particularly in user retention, conversion, and repeat purchase.
- Over 5 years of experience in the internet industry, with 3+ years in senior user growth roles in transaction-oriented sectors like e-commerce or fintech.
- Hands-on experience leading growth projects or campaigns with a systematic approach.
- Proficient in operational methodologies like AB testing, funnel analysis, and custom strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms/tools.
- Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in data monitoring and analysis for user operations.
- Understanding of various Business Unit products, user preferences, and pain points.
- Fluency in English/Mandarin to engage effectively with overseas partners.
