What We Are Seeking:

From visual interpretation to character portrayal, our AI-powered products enable storytellers to reach diverse global audiences while upholding the integrity of their creative expressions.
We now have a vacancy for a Senior Video Editor to help execute this vision through content creation. This role merges artistic flair with technical skills, strategic planning with efficient execution. Responsibilities include editing trailers, designing social media assets, and leading post-production activities for various marketing initiatives—from sizzle reels to keynote visuals. Collaboration with marketing, studio, and product teams is essential to ensure each frame not only showcases visual brilliance but also contributes to a coherent narrative.
Job Duties:
- Edit a wide spectrum of video content spanning social media clips, trailers, tutorials, behind-the-scenes footage, client testimonials, and content demonstrating thought leadership.
- Manage the post-production phase from initial ingest to final release—managing editing, sound mixing, color correction, and overall finishing touches.
- Work collaboratively across teams to brainstorm ideas, create storyboards, and refine the overall creative direction.
- Strike a balance between speed and quality, delivering speedy results without compromising on excellence.
- Supervise external editors or motion designers as requested, offering clear guidance and constructive feedback.
Desired Skills:
- Extensive editing experience (5+ years) in professional settings, preferably within film, technology, or agency environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, complemented by a strong grasp of Avid and DaVinci Resolve.
- Expertise in tailoring content for various platforms including web, social media, commercials, and out-of-home ads, adjusting pacing and visuals accordingly.
- Capable of working autonomously yet thrives on collaboration and feedback.
- Adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments, promptly responding to feedback and revision requests.
- Innate ability for visual storytelling, adept at capturing nuanced messaging.
- Keen interest in leveraging emerging technologies to elevate creative workflows, with a focus on accessibility.

Steps include an introductory telephone call with our recruitment team, a review of your portfolio or projects showcasing 2–3 editing samples and your creative process, followed by an in-depth conversation with the Director of Marketing to explore your experience and potential fit at Flawless.
