The innovative AI company disrupting the entertainment industry is looking for a dedicated Performance Specialist. Your role will involve generating accurate visual dubs through AI-powered cinematic Performance Transfer, ensuring precise lip-sync output, reviewing and refining automated outputs, and adjusting face tracking results for quality. You will be responsible for interpreting and addressing feedback from internal stakeholders and clients, as well as providing detailed process feedback and collaborating with colleagues to enhance best practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in animation involving keyframing to create finished deliverables in a deadline-driven environment
Background in TV/animation/film post-production pipelines
Proficiency in audio syncing at a sub-frame level and strong knowledge of lip sync
Familiarity with project/asset tracking software like Flow (formerly known as ShotGrid/Shotgun)
Intermediate proficiency in DaVinci Resolve as an editing tool and experience with non-linear editing software such as Avid or Premiere
Understanding of basic face-tracking functions and their integration into post-production workflows
