Key Responsibilities

Develop robust APIs, libraries, and services to support financial services such as clearing, settlement, digital asset lending, and trading for business clients.

Take ownership of designing functionality and scalability features from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems.

Collaborate closely with various engineering teams to maintain consistency in technical requirements understanding and overall work quality.

Mentor peers in the wider engineering team by conducting code reviews and offering insights on best practices.

Key Qualifications

Required

Over 8 years of backend software development experience.

Proficient in algorithm design, complex problem-solving, and analysis.

Strong proficiency in backend languages like TypeScript/Node.JS and databases like Postgres or MySQL.

Solid experience in RESTful API design, unit testing, and debugging.

Proficiency in microservices, service-oriented architectures, and version control tools.

Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment and participate in on-call rotations for system support.

Preferred

Compensation Information:

Senior Site Reliability Engineer:

Base Pay Range: $147,500 - $195,000

Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%

Staff Site Reliability Engineer:

Base Pay Range: $172,500 - $227,500

Annual Bonus Target: 15%
