We are looking for a strategic and results-driven SEO Manager with extensive experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful SEO campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and driving measurable results. As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our SEO strategy, implementing best practices, and optimizing our online presence to maximize visibility and traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve the organic search visibility and rankings of our blockchain assets and projects.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists, content creators, developers, and designers to implement SEO best practices and drive organic growth.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure, to enhance search engine crawability and indexability.
- Implement technical SEO optimizations, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and structured data markup.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content, including articles, blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia assets.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO monitoring platforms.
- Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices in SEO, and proactively adapt strategies to maintain and improve search rankings.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and content teams, to ensure alignment of SEO objectives and goals with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, and a passion for decentralized technologies and digital assets.
- Proven track record of leading successful SEO campaigns and driving organic traffic and conversions for websites in competitive industries.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve SEO goals and objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate SEO concepts, strategies, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
