Overview

Aurora Labs is seeking a dynamic individual to drive content and community efforts within their innovative blockchain infrastructure venture. This role involves working closely with the Head of Marketing & Ecosystem to shape and amplify Aurora's story in the digital space.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation across various platforms such as threads, blog posts, memes, and videos.
• Manage social media channels, notably X/Twitter, and other platforms like LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord.
• Transform technical updates and industry trends into engaging content.
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign launches and announcements.
• Develop a flexible content calendar aligned with real-time events.
• Enhance quality standards by editing and proofreading all content.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine content strategies.
• Experiment with different tones and storytelling techniques to boost engagement.
• Cultivate an influential brand voice within the crypto community.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in social or content roles, preferably in the crypto or tech sectors.
• Proficient in written communication with a deep understanding of crypto culture.
• Strong editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Actively engaged in online communities and well-versed in crypto-related discussions.
• Capable of managing multiple content streams while meeting deadlines independently.
• Self-driven individual with a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to high-growth startups or fast-paced agencies.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Hootsuite, or ContentStudio.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies and their impact on content visibility.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience launching cryptocurrency projects, hosting events, or creating viral content.
