Social Media Manager

1. Trading interface design /Financial interface Design: Responsible for designing the user interface of the trading platform specially Wallets to ensure that the interface conforms to the rigor of the financial industry
It is innovative and attractive with Web3 technology.
2. User experience optimization: In-depth understanding of the needs and behavior patterns of financial transaction users, through user research, data analysis, etc.
To optimize the transaction process, interface layout and interaction design, improve user satisfaction and transaction efficiency.
3. Design trends and specifications: Pay attention to the latest design trends and specifications in the financial, trading fields and Web3 technology, such as trading interfaces
standards, user experience best practices for DeFi applications, etc., and integrate them into the design.
4. Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with product managers, development engineers, test engineers, marketing teams, etc. to ensure design
The implementation of solutions matches business needs and technical implementation capabilities, and participates in the entire process of product iteration and optimization.
5. Formulation and maintenance of design specifications: Participate in the formulation and maintenance of UI design specifications for the financial trading platform to ensure design consistency and maintainability, improving team collaboration efficiency.
Job requirements:
1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, design, art, computer and other related majors are preferred.
2. Work experience: More than 3 years of UI design experience, of which at least 1 year is in the field of finance, trading or Web3.Accounting experience.
3. Be familiar with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and their applications in the financial field, and understand the business processes and applications of financial trading platforms household needs.

工作内容
工作职责：
每月、每季度、每半年和每年进行总账、AP/AR、银行、税务账务处理的准确性和及时性，确保结账流程所涉及的业务计量的完整性和会计准则运用的准确性。及时了解并研究会计和披露指南、同行公司披露，以提出外部报告的实践，并对公司财务处理和报告实施适用的变更；
 协调、促进和监督与公司、子公司和关联公司的结算和/或监管审计相关的各种财务报表编制中使用的数据，集团内部其他业务对外披露的财务数据进行复核和审查；
对接外部会计师团队，协助并为其提供相应的工作方向指引和思想领导力；
监控会计准则以及新交易和事件的变化，并与业务合作伙伴合作及时更新披露对于账务处理给予指导性方案；
编制集团对外合并报表、工作底稿和合并明细；编制财务管理分析报告 ，包括实际执行情况分析表和经营预测财务报表等，及时为最高管理层决策提供依据；
職任資格职任资格
本科及以上学历，财务会计相关专业；英语可做工作语言
5年以上中大型企业财务管理工作经验；区块链、互联网、金融科技行业优先
熟悉IFRS\HK\新加坡等地会计准则，具备基本税务申报知识。
能够独立承担操盘财务报告、合并报表、对接审计，年报、半年报、撰写报表附注。

As a Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving user onboarding and activation processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that enhance the user experience and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
Use data to help the product owner continuously improve our services. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize user journeys and improve conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of changes.
Create and maintain informative reports and dashboards to speed up decision-making processes.
Oversee the data collection and delivery process. While you won't need to write ETL processes yourself, you must be able to understand data sources and effectively communicate tasks to Data Engineers.
Requirements:
You have at least 3 years of experience in product analytics and know how to decompose any metric and suggest ways to influence it.
Experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing experimental data.
You are proficient in SQL, capable of writing complex queries.
You have worked with analytical databases (ClickHouse, Vertica, etc.) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SuperSet, etc.).
You have experience writing Python scripts for data processing.
It would be great if you have experience with Apache Airflow.
You have English language skills at a B2 level or higher.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

1.)Expand Plena Connect SDK Integration:
-Identify and engage with DApps for potential integration with Plena Connect SDK.
-Lead discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure successful SDK integration.
2.)Partnership Development:
-Identify and secure strategic partnerships to enhance Plena’s ecosystem.
-Maintain and leverage existing relationships to introduce new partners.
-Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing and promotional campaigns.
3.)Coin Listings:
-Proactively reach out to new and emerging coins to be listed on Plena.
-Manage relationships with token projects and guide them through the listing process.
-Stay updated on market trends to identify potential listing opportunities.
4.)Lead Generation and Outreach:
-Conduct cold outreach to potential partners, leveraging both existing contacts and new leads.

5.)Community and Network Building:

-Recommend activities and strategies to drive user growth and engagement.
