* As a valuable team member reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be tasked with developing and executing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy. Your role involves supporting ongoing game development efforts, planning for upcoming releases, and nurturing a rapidly growing community of players. We are looking for someone who understands the pivotal role social media plays in driving business objectives and brand advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance Seedworld's player base, boost brand awareness, encourage community engagement, and promote digital events.
- Manage Seedworld Studios’ social media channels, explore new platforms, and seize opportunities to broaden our outreach.
- Create a unique brand tone for Seedworld, oversee content creation for social media platforms, and ensure messaging consistency.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and oversee daily paid social media executions.
- Stay updated on gaming and Web3 trends for timely engagement and maximizing awareness.
- Analyze social media activities, leverage insights from monitoring tools, and refine strategies to grow our social media following.
- Foster relationships with influencers, community members, and partners to expand Seedworld’s presence.
- Serve as the voice of Seedworld Studios, liaise with community teams, engage with players, and address feedback in collaboration with development teams.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming communities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, trends, and strategies, ideally in the Web3 or gaming sector.
- Over 5 years of experience in social media and community management, with a strong track record in executing successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to craft engaging content and connect with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency in social listening tools and analytics, adept at using data to inform strategic decisions.
