In this role, you will be part of the central social media team, responsible for executing strategies to support key business lines through social media marketing. The primary focus will be managing global social media accounts, requiring versatility across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing Binance's social accounts, with a particular emphasis on Reddit
• Collaborate with the broader global social team and external departments to enhance the Binance brand
• Foster closer engagement with the community through a deep understanding of cryptocurrency culture
• Contribute creative ideas for general posts and campaigns on multiple platforms
• Collaborate closely with design, content, marketing, and product teams
• Evaluate campaign performance across channels, deriving actionable insights for future strategies
• Monitor the social media landscape to provide valuable insights

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media roles for brands
• Proficient in English
• Comprehensive knowledge of the crypto market and culture
• Basic image and copywriting skills; video editing skills are advantageous
• Familiarity with crypto and Binance’s product range
• Strong writing skills with a clear and concise communication style
• Proficiency in Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
• Ownership mindset, stress resistance, self-motivation, and results orientation
• Experience in remote work and start-ups is beneficial
