Our client operates in the AI platform sector, focusing on providing a robust platform that combines human decision-making with intelligent automation. Their system integrates various communication channels like chat, email, web, CRM, and in-store touchpoints to facilitate AI adoption with trust, context, and governance.
Responsibilities:
Designing Workflows: Build and manage automation flows without or with minimal code using platform tools like data boards, triggers, and channel integrations. Convert business logic into reusable workflow modules across different channels such as Slack, WhatsApp, email, and web. Create comprehensive logic for automated routing, permissions, and multi-agent coordination.
Implementing and Customizing Solutions: Collaborate with Customer Success and Project Managers to deploy client-specific use cases. Modify workflows based on dynamic user profiles, knowledge repositories, and real-time system data. Assist in proof-of-concept developments, validate logic flows, and ensure seamless transition to production.
Expertise in the Platform & Best Practices: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the orchestration engine, SDKs, integrations, and governance structure. Propose improvements, reusable templates, and best practices for typical industry workflows such as financial services and enterprise operations. Prepare clear documentation for workflows, implementation procedures, and long-term upkeep.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in workflow automation, RPA, or low-code tools like n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath.
- Strong logical reasoning with an attention to detail in process design.
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic.
- Preferably experienced with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or BI dashboards.
- Background in scripting or front-end technologies (JavaScript, JSON, Python).
