Description
As a Software Developer in the Kronos options trading team, you will be an integral part of a top-tier trading group, collaborating with quantitative researchers to implement and expand options trading strategies. Your role involves developing innovative solutions utilizing advanced technology to address complex trading needs in a dynamic setting. Your success will be closely linked to the team's performance, offering significant growth potential as the market evolves.
Responsibilities
- Options Strategy Development: Create and maintain trading logic to meet specific requirements while refining existing strategies and providing technical support for team growth.
- System Architecture Enhancement: Improve system performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, as well as refining system architecture designs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Physics, Financial Engineering, Economics, or a similar quantitative field.
- Skills:
- Programming Languages: Proficient in C++, Java, or Golang in a Linux/Unix environment.
- Software Engineering: Well-versed in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and building fault-tolerant systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ability to produce efficient, clean, and maintainable code.
- Autonomous Work: Capable of independently implementing features, prioritizing tasks, and promptly addressing issues.
- Relational Databases: Experience in designing and maintaining relational databases, proficient in writing optimized queries.

- Familiarity with network protocols such as IP, TCP, TLS, HTTP, and web sockets.
