About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Data and Tools Software Engineer to join our core team, focusing on crucial next-gen infrastructure for the Solana ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead essential data-driven initiatives
- Analyze data sources to optimize Block Engine
- Identify and address engineering bottlenecks within the Solana network
Requirements:
- 3+ years of data infra and tooling experience (Clickhouse, Influx, Grafana)
- Proficiency in high-performance databases
- Expertise in writing quality code
- Skilled in rapid visual prototyping
- Experience in low-level systems programming
- Strong problem-solving skills and high agency
Starting salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 annually, alongside competitive equity compensation.
