Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join the Delta One Trading Team. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to gain exposure to crypto delta-one strategy formulation, trading system development, and evolve alongside the company and industry experts. The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with a veteran team proficient in Crypto and Traditional Finance trading, contributing to the delivery of exceptional features.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with traders in detailed strategy discussions and technical planning.
- Develop and deploy low-latency trading systems and strategies in Java.
- Provide support for trading strategies in dynamic market conditions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in low-latency Java programming:
- Ability to evaluate latency effects based on design choices.
- Skilled in optimizing for hotpath garbage collection and minimizing allocations.
- Familiarity with different garbage collector types and their impact on latency.
- Capable of diagnosing latency and performance issues in critical Java applications.
- Knowledge of Python (pandas, matplotlib) is advantageous.
- Experience with ChronicleQueue software is a bonus.
- STEM education background.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in automated testing and continuous integration.

Venture Associate – AI & Decentralized Infrastructure
Source, diligence, and close early-stage investments in AI-native technologies, decentralized protocols, developer platforms, and compute infrastructure. Work side-by-side with founders post-investment on strategy, hiring, product roadmap, and scaling operations.
Skills & Requirements:
2–4 years in venture capital, startup operations, or technical role (engineering/product background strongly preferred)
Deep understanding of AI models, blockchain infrastructure, open-source ecosystems, and compute markets
Proven ability to build founder networks and spot asymmetric opportunities early
Exceptional analytical skills, written/verbal communication, and comfort with high-uncertainty decisions
Self-starter who moves fast and doesn’t need hand-holding
Salary:
$150,000 – $220,000 USD base + meaningful carry + equity upside + full benefits

Growth Marketing Lead (User & Volume Growth Focus)
This is not a traditional community manager role. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of onboarding users, increasing engagement, and directly contributing to product adoption and transaction/activity volume.
What You’ll Own
Develop and execute user growth strategy end-to-end
Drive measurable increases in active users and platform volume
Build acquisition funnels (organic + partnership-driven)
Optimize onboarding flows and activation metrics
Lead social presence across Twitter/X and other platforms
Represent the project in Twitter Spaces and relevant community events
Launch and manage growth campaigns, incentives, and referral programs

Senior Blockchain Engineer
Protocol Core: Development and optimization of L2-settlement logic on Solidity/Yul.
Bridge Security: Designing secure cross-chain gateways with protection against double spending and reorgs.
Node Infrastructure: Optimizing the interaction of node validators with the EVM stack.
Gas Engineering: Extreme cost reduction for publishing data in L1 (Deneb/Cancun-ready).
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of Solidity (0.8.20+) and Assembly (Yul).
Experience working with Foundry (Fuzzing/Invariants) and understanding the architecture of OP Stack or Arbitrum Orbit.
Skills of working with indexers (The Graph/Envio) and the RPC layer.
