About the Team
The Incubation team, led by Dr. Gavin Wood, spearheads blockchain innovation by focusing on research and development within the organization. Currently, the team is dedicated to advancing the next-generation decentralized virtual machine, PolkaJAM, by merging the features of Polkadot and Ethereum.
Position Responsibilities
- Design and create thorough testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of the decentralized virtual machine.
- Establish and manage testing environments that mimic various operational scenarios for comprehensive testing.
- Execute extensive testing on the virtual machine to validate its performance, security, and scalability.
- Develop and deploy automated tests using Rust to optimize the testing process.
- Collaborate with development teams to detect and address issues, offering insights to enhance software quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with a testing focus.
