Job Summary
We are searching for a Solutions Architect to spearhead complex solution rollouts for enterprise clients. As a trusted advisor, you will offer expert counsel on technical matters and best practices. You will actively contribute to enhancing processes and methodologies, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure top-notch service delivery.
Please note: The position is located in our office in Stockholm, Sweden. We operate with a hybrid work model and adhere to excellent working practices. Applicants must be residents of Sweden and possess a valid Right to Work in the country.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of intricate solutions for enterprise clients.
- Provide expert advice on technical aspects and best practices.
- Aid in enhancing processes and methodologies continually.
- Mentor junior team members and offer technical guidance.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to shaping technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Swiftly and effectively resolve escalated technical issues.
- Conduct comprehensive technical assessments and provide recommendations.
- Assist in pre-sales activities and solution design.
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in a technical, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or software consulting role.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies.
- Solid understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services.
- Experience with Unix/Linux and scripting development using tools like SQL and PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
- Familiarity with business applications such as Microsoft 365.
- Capability to lead small projects, introduce innovation in the role, and provide training to colleagues.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
