Spot Trading Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trading operations, addressing any issues by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project goals are met in a timely manner and within budget, monitoring all project stages.
• Utilize strong data analysis skills to extract key insights and improve KPI tracking.
• Lead daily operations team to support business growth efficiently.
• Implement risk management strategies to enhance operational governance.
• Propose practical solutions for project challenges and work in alignment with various Business Units.
• Evaluate business requirements and provide effective solutions and implementation strategies.
• Mentor junior team members, supporting their career development and helping them overcome obstacles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.

Requirements

• Must have 4-6 years of experience, preferably in investment banking/financial industry/crypto industry.
• Deep understanding of financial or blockchain trading operations.
• Capable of logical thinking and data-driven problem-solving.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, effective communication, high motivation, and quick learning abilities.
• Skilled in interacting with clients and stakeholders from different regions.
