Your Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and customer empowerment on a daily basis. Engaging directly with customers, your responsibilities will include providing insights on cost intelligence, facilitating discussions around cost optimization, and guiding customers through their FinOps journey. This dynamic role will require versatile conversations with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and oversee customer onboarding processes and implementation projects

- Drive customer success through value communication and performance monitoring
