About the Opportunity
We seek a skilled Crypto Product Manager to join our expanding product team. As a pivotal figure in our onshore market growth initiatives, you will drive the development and implementation of our crypto-related products and services, with a focus on enhancing user growth and supporting user acquisition, activation, and engagement. In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives grounded in data-driven insights to unlock exceptional user experiences. What You'll Be Doing

User Research & Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, assess competitors’ offerings, and identify new opportunities within the crypto space.
Growth Experimentation: Drive targeted experimentation based on data insights to achieve significant results in user onboarding, retention, adoption, advocacy, and expansion.
Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap to meet the company’s vision and market demands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define product specifications.
Product Development: Optimize customer journeys based on user insights to boost engagement and revenue.
Performance Tracking: Define key product metrics, establish a performance tracking framework, and leverage data-driven insights for continual product enhancement and optimization.

OKX Statement
The salary range for the position is $160,000.00 to $263,000.00 and may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits based on the position offered.
