About the Opportunity

We seek a skilled Crypto Product Manager to join our expanding product team. As a pivotal figure in our onshore market growth initiatives, you will drive the development and implementation of our crypto-related products and services, with a focus on enhancing user growth and supporting user acquisition, activation, and engagement. In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives grounded in data-driven insights to unlock exceptional user experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and business development, you will define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver top-tier user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the crypto landscape, strong analytical and communication skills, and a drive for innovation in the crypto industry. What You'll Be Doing

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product strategy for our crypto-related products and growth initiatives in alignment with company objectives, with a focus on driving product adoption and engagement.

• User Research & Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, assess competitors’ offerings, and identify new opportunities within the crypto space.

• Growth Experimentation: Drive targeted experimentation based on data insights to achieve significant results in user onboarding, retention, adoption, advocacy, and expansion.

• Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap to meet the company’s vision and market demands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define product specifications.

• Product Development: Optimize customer journeys based on user insights to boost engagement and revenue.

• Performance Tracking: Define key product metrics, establish a performance tracking framework, and leverage data-driven insights for continual product enhancement and optimization.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives, keeping all levels of stakeholders informed of product progress and impact.

OKX Statement

The salary range for the position is $160,000.00 to $263,000.00 and may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, and comprehensive benefits based on the position offered.
