Role Overview
We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Crypto Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Crypto Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the evolution and implementation of our crypto-centric products and services. Your responsibilities will encompass collaborating closely with diverse teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a profound grasp of the crypto landscape, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for catalyzing innovation in the crypto sector.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive Product Coverage: Delve into a wide spectrum of trading aspects, such as manual trading, copy trading, trading bots, APIs, and other fundamental trading topics.
  • Strategic Product Direction: Create and execute a well-defined product strategy for our crypto-related offerings that aligns with the company's overarching goals. Keep abreast of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities within the crypto sphere.
  • Robust Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap to ensure alignment with the company's vision and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, evaluate feasibility, and outline clear product specifications.
  • User-Centric Research: Conduct user research and interviews to gain insights into customer needs, pain points, and behaviors in the crypto realm. Utilize this data to steer product decisions and prioritize features that maximize user value.
  • Product Development: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and pertinent teams to drive the development process from ideation to launch. Work with developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and address any technical hurdles that may arise.
  • Effective Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring seamless product adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key product metrics and establish a framework for tracking and analyzing product performance. Utilize data-driven insights to pinpoint areas for enhancement and make informed decisions regarding product refinements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders, including local market executives, engineering teams, and business development teams, to secure alignment and backing for product initiatives. Provide stakeholders at all levels with effective updates on product progress and impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Possess over 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a preference for experience in the crypto or financial technology sector. Demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering innovative products from conception to launch.
  • Crypto Acumen: Display a deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, centralized (Cefi) or decentralized finance (DeFi), and related concepts. Familiarity with major crypto exchanges, wallets, and crypto trading.
  • Technical Proficiency: Exhibit robust technical acumen, with the ability to comprehend and convey complex technical concepts. Previous experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in software product development.
  • User-Centered Approach: Showcase a fervor for understanding user needs and offering exceptional user experiences. Have experience with user research methods, usability testing, and user-centric design principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrate the capacity to analyze intricate data sets, draw insightful conclusions, and make data-driven product decisions. Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools and conducting A/B testing.
  • Communication Abilities: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling the articulate conveyance of product vision, strategy, and requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team Player Mentality: Exhibit strong collaboration skills, with the capacity to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Proven ability to drive consensus and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Adaptability: Feel comfortable in an ever-evolving industry and display the aptitude to swiftly adapt to shifting priorities and market conditions.

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position spans from $167,000.00 to $280,000.00, with the actual salary offered dependent on various factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition, performance bonuses and long-term incentives may be included in the compensation package, along with a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, contingent on the offered position.
