Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large projects throughout the development process
- Take ownership of the entire user journey

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Design
- Proficiency in crypto and using decentralized applications
- Collaborative, humble, and open-minded approach
- Strong attention to detail and expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
- Knowledge of design patterns, best practices, and standards
- Proficient in Figma, design components, design systems, and creating implementation specifications
- Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and garner support for them
- Capable of managing the design process from start to finish
- Strategic collaboration with Leadership, Product, and Engineering teams to guide product decisions

The minimum full-time salary for this position ranges from $175,000-$210,000. Additional compensation elements such as equity, tokens, and benefits are available for Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs based on the role type. This complies with New York City's Pay Transparency Law.
