Our Boss Middle Platform is crucial for the operational management of various business lines within the organization. It serves as the backbone for our operational efficiency by providing features like access management, compliance auditing, and security enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the capabilities of the Boss Middle Platform, focusing on access management, compliance auditing, and security measures.
  • Contribute to building the operational efficiency platform, addressing business teams' pain points, and implementing technical solutions for overall efficiency improvement.
  • Ensure optimal system performance, tackle technical challenges, and maintain high availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Drive process enhancements, promote cross-team communication, and improve team collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Java with a deep understanding of JVM configuration, IO, multithreading, and design patterns.
  • Experience with middleware technologies such as MQ, RPC, caching, and databases like MySQL.
  • Knowledge of microservices, distributed system architecture, and related principles.
  • Strong analytical skills, quick decision-making abilities, and effective communication.
  • Prior experience in designing large management systems and complex access control systems.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Vue, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred due to the nature of team collaboration.

The Hardware Repair Technician plays a crucial role in CleanSpark's bitcoin mining operation by providing maintenance and diagnosis services to repair bitcoin miners. The position is primarily located at the Norcross Facility and directly reports to the Hardware Repair Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct repairs on bitcoin mining equipment, including control boards, hash cards, and chip level repairs.

Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, quickly identifying and resolving issues.

Interpret blueprints/schematics and evaluate their operational status.

Assist in integrating new equipment and systems into the facility's infrastructure.

Perform any additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Possess at least 2 years of technician experience in an industrial or commercial setting.

Familiarity with Antminer Series 17 & 19 equipment is advantageous.

Bitman repair certification is a bonus.

Background in troubleshooting electrical functionality is preferred.

Strong communication skills.
