Key Responsibilities
- Enhance the capabilities of the Boss Middle Platform, focusing on access management, compliance auditing, and security measures.
- Contribute to building the operational efficiency platform, addressing business teams' pain points, and implementing technical solutions for overall efficiency improvement.
- Ensure optimal system performance, tackle technical challenges, and maintain high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive process enhancements, promote cross-team communication, and improve team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Java with a deep understanding of JVM configuration, IO, multithreading, and design patterns.
- Experience with middleware technologies such as MQ, RPC, caching, and databases like MySQL.
- Knowledge of microservices, distributed system architecture, and related principles.
- Strong analytical skills, quick decision-making abilities, and effective communication.
- Prior experience in designing large management systems and complex access control systems.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Vue, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred due to the nature of team collaboration.
