Responsibilities:
- Create scalable, well-abstracted, and robust APIs, libraries, and services to integrate blockchains and BitGo capabilities into HeightZero products.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for functionality and scalability features, from research through deployment.
- Develop integration libraries and SDKs for seamless interaction with server and APIs.
- Document and communicate functionality to UI, external developers, and internal tooling.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and product managers to ensure coherence in technical requirements and work quality.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers through code reviews and best practices education.
Skills & Experience:

Required:
- Minimum of 8 years in full-stack software development.
- Proficient in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Solid design sense related to UI/UX.

- Skilled in algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub, branching methodologies, code review tools, CI tools, etc.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing various types of databases.
Preferred:
- Involvement in blockchain and/or security industry with a knack for cryptocurrencies.
- Familiarity with microservices, service-oriented architectures, and AWS services like Amplify, ELB, EC2.
- Real-world experience in constructing scalable distributed systems.

Role Overview:
The Venture Fellow program is an 8-week, part-time, remote opportunity designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in venture capital and angel investing. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in early-stage investing, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and pitching investment opportunities.
This program is ideal for aspiring investors, founders, or professionals exploring a career shift into venture capital. Fellows will work closely with seasoned venture capitalists and gain access to Iron Key’s investor community to learn best practices in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
Conduct market research and due diligence on potential investments.
Collaborate with the Iron Key team on deal sourcing and portfolio management.
Engage with investors and team members to develop investment strategies.
