DUTIES:
- Contribute to shaping the technical roadmap for our front-end team

- Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional overall product outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience with large engineering teams (10+ members)
- Proficiency in delivering end-to-end complex front-end projects, such as migrating multiple products to a new technology stack
- Proven track record of mentoring both junior and senior engineers
- Enthusiasm for user-centric design, superior user experiences, and blockchain technology
- Strong focus on detail, particularly in areas of performance, reliability, and security
NICE TO HAVES:

Salary range for this role is $230K to $305K USD (NY). Compensation subject to experience and location.
