We are seeking an Account Executive specializing in Strategic Accounts & Partnerships to serve as a trusted partner to our key North American clients and strategic associates. As a crucial support to the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer, you will be responsible for driving new sales, enhancing existing accounts, and fortifying Ubiminds' ecosystem of strategic partners across advisory, consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service engagements.
This position is pivotal in delivering revenue growth by utilizing consultative selling techniques, expanding accounts, and fostering collaboration with partners. Your role involves overseeing the entire client and partner lifecycle – from identifying new business opportunities and crafting partnership strategies to conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Partner Business Reviews (PBRs) to reconfirm Ubiminds' standing as a leading nearshore provider of Advisory, Consulting, and Talent-as-a-Service solutions.
Responsibilities
Account Leadership & Growth:
- Develop and implement client strategies in line with their business objectives and growth opportunities alongside the Chief Technology Solutions & Advisory Officer.
- Increase revenue through proactive new business development, upselling, renewals, and expanding service scopes.
- Secure new opportunities within existing clients, positioning Ubiminds as a strategic partner offering high-value consulting and nearshore solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align client needs with Ubiminds' advisory expertise, delivery capabilities, and long-term partnership strategy.
Client Excellence & Advisory Management:
- Set and monitor strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) linked to advisory and consulting projects to ensure value delivery.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), outlining strategic insights, value delivered, and expansion opportunities.
- Strengthen executive relationships with client stakeholders, reinforcing Ubiminds' image as a consultative advisor.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement to enhance client satisfaction, long-term retention, and partnership value.
Strategic Partner Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary relationship manager for designated strategic partners, including talent partners, technology partners, and ecosystem collaborators.
- Align partner activities with Ubiminds' market strategy, recognizing areas for co-selling, collaborative solution development, and mutual growth.
- Collaborate with partners to create integrated offerings enhancing Ubiminds' advisory and consulting value proposition.
- Conduct Partner Business Reviews (PBRs), presenting performance insights, value provided, and potential partnership expansions.
- Scout for and onboard new partners boosting Ubiminds' ecosystem capabilities and its capacity to serve North American clients.
Contract & Partnership Oversight:
- Oversee partner and client agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and partnership addendums in cooperation with the legal and operations teams.
- Ensure that contracts are accurate, compliant, and in line with growth strategies.
- Drive timely renewals, contract expansions, and new agreements to promote long-term client and partner success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure coordination, transparency, and seamless cooperation across the network.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams to maintain consistency in position, contracting, and executing advisory and consulting projects.
- Provide insights that aid in continually enhancing Ubiminds' market strategy and partnership approach.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in account management, strategic sales, client success, or business development within IT staffing, nearshore/outsourcing, consulting, or professional services industries.
- Demonstrated success in generating new sales, expanding accounts, and ensuring long-term client growth.
- Experience in managing executive-level relationships and delivering strategic presentations like QBRs or business reviews.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract structures such as MSAs, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
- Ability to thrive in consultative sales environments involving advisory or consulting services.
- Experience in building or handling strategic partner relationships, alliances, or ecosystem collaborations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on revenue growth and fostering partnership value.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Latin America nearshore talent models or international outsourcing environments.
- Background in technology consulting, AI solutions, or software development services.
- Exposure to partner/channel management or alliance ecosystems.
- A pre-existing network within nearshore, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
