Role Summary: As a Structured Product Controller at Binance, you will hold a pivotal role in conceptualizing, assessing, and overseeing innovative financial products within the cryptocurrency domain. Your responsibilities will entail collaborating with various teams such as business units, risk management, legal, and product development to devise custom solutions catering to client requirements, maximize returns, and manage risks in the rapidly evolving digital asset market.

Duties

• Conduct in-depth analysis and valuation of structured crypto financial products like tokenized derivatives, yield-bearing assets, and digitized securities.
• Review and enhance sophisticated financial models to estimate pricing, evaluate risks, and predict the performance of crypto-structured products.
• Work in tandem with different teams to structure and execute intricate crypto finance deals in alignment with Binance's risk strategy and regulatory mandates.
• Monitor structured crypto product portfolios' performance and risk indicators, ensuring compliance with Binance's risk tolerance and regulatory necessities.
• Develop comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and market insights for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Ensure adherence to global regulatory frameworks and Binance's internal guidelines regarding cryptocurrency finance and structured products.
• Aid in the introduction and management of new crypto-structured products by contributing financial acumen and market insights.
• Assist in due diligence, documentation, and client onboarding processes for structured finance transactions involving digital assets.
• Stay updated on crypto and blockchain industry trends, emerging regulations, and technological advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field; preference given to advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in structured finance or investment banking with a keen interest or strong focus on the crypto sphere.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Comprehensive understanding of crypto assets, blockchain tech, and digital financial instruments.
• Strong analytical prowess, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities to convey complex concepts clearly.
