The primary responsibilities include ensuring top-notch employee recruitment, retention, and talent pipeline development, along with fostering strong relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities：

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring processes, and negotiating offers.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experiences from initial contact to onboarding.
• Act as a trusted Talent Partner for assigned business units, providing consultation and coaching.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to enhance the hiring process continually.
• Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives and manage recruiting databases efficiently.
• Cultivate a robust pipeline of high-quality talent through various means, such as networking, university outreach, job fair attendance, and ongoing candidate engagement.

Requirements：

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in prominent tech firms or agencies.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling diverse projects and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing and selection techniques in technology recruitment.
• Proven track record of meeting challenging hiring objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
